The Youth and Students Forum for North Korean Democratization is committed to advancing human rights, promoting democratic values, and fostering peaceful reunification on the Korean Peninsula. We strive to build a global network that brings together young people from both Koreas and around the world.

We aim to equip young people in South Korea—including North Korean defectors—with the expertise and insight needed to lead efforts on human rights and future reunification, while contributing meaningful policy ideas and solutions.

We conduct ongoing monitoring of human rights conditions affecting North Korean youth—particularly defectors in China—through data collection, research reports, and public briefings. Our goal is to raise awareness and contribute to policy by systematically collecting and analyzing data over time.
